A Few Shoe Favorites
Hello all- it's summertime and I am beyond happy. The stress of finals has been lifted off of me, and now my stresses consist of whether or not it'll be a good beach day. I'm
1.Denim: I don't think we have to talk about these, as I've made it well known I love denim.
2.Fiesta: Don't dive head first into a trend unless you absolutely love it. I quite like this whole pom-pom craze with ornate bright patterns. I've coined it as the fiesta trend. How perfect does it encapsulate all this? Anyway, I chose not to follow the masses with the pom-pom gladiator offered by several designers. I gravitated to this more subtle shoe. How great would these look with some cropped white denim?
3.Flamingos: These beauts have already been featured on here, but I think they're worth a second feature. Every single time I wear these, I get compliments. These are a perfect addition to your wardrobe as they have the ability to add personality to virtually any outfit.
4.Mesh: I've always loved Vans. My dad has rocked Vans since their inception, and I remember distinctly how bad I wanted to have a pair of my own. All throughout school I wore Vans, and I can honestly tell you that their quality is awesome. They mold to your feet and can be refreshed as easily as throwing them in the wash. When I found this mesh, espadrillesque, I immediately bought them.
5.Ballet: These are one of the most versatile pieces in my closet. I'm so glad I opted for this light pink color, because I cannot stop wearing them. Not only are they extremely comfortable, but they give a polished look to any outfit. I've worn them with ripped denim, but I've also worn them to church. So great.
6.Simple: I think most people are familiar with this shoe, or something very similar. I love how dainty and simple it is. I don't think you could go wrong with them. My boyfriend is at the age where all of his friends are getting married, which means I need some great dresses and some great heels. I think this shoe will be absolutely perfect.
